If you are in the US and the item is NOT made in the US, the almighty orange one is charging tariffs and a handling fee. The Supreme Court (on Aug.29.25) said that the tariffs are actually unlawful but they are still being charged anyway! Unfortunately, I have to collect them before I can ship the item to you. The advantage for you is that you will not be hit with fees you were not expecting as you have already paid them. On clothing, it is usually around 35%.
